Sales Terms

Customers are obligated to comply with the following transaction terms while accepting product orders and deliveries. Before placing an order with or accepting delivery from Gehua Biology, please carefully read the following terms:
The price of the ordered product shall be based on the online price of Gehua Biology at the time of your order placement.
2. Please fill in your real name, delivery address, and contact information clearly and accurately. Due to the following circumstances causing delays or inability to deliver orders, Gehua Biology will not be held responsible:
A) The customer provides incorrect information and an incomplete address;
B) The cost and related consequences of duplicate delivery caused by no one signing for the goods upon delivery;
C) Force majeure, such as natural disasters, traffic restrictions, sudden wars, etc.
3. Inspection of goods
At the time of delivery, the customer should conduct an on-site inventory of the entire outer packaging (i.e. large packaging) of the product to ensure that it is intact and secure. When customers receive products, if they find missing, damaged, contaminated, irregular, or other situations that do not comply with laws and regulations, they should report them to Gehua Biotechnology on site. Otherwise, it will be deemed that the customer acknowledges the overall full box packaging (i.e. large packaging) of the products provided by Gehua Biology as qualified. The customer only raised it after receiving the goods, and Gehua Biology does not recognize it.
B) Within three days after receiving the goods, the customer shall inspect the inner packaging for any missing, damaged, contaminated, or irregular items. If such situations exist, the customer shall immediately notify Gehua Biotechnology. Failure to do so within the specified time will be deemed as qualified product inner packaging. Gehua Biology will handle it according to the situation.
4. Security: Whether you order goods by phone or online, we will ensure the security of transaction information

Privacy Rights: Gehua Biotechnology respects your privacy rights and under no circumstances will we sell or disclose your personal and order information to any third party (except for access by national judicial authorities). All customer information we obtain from the website or phone is only used to process your related orders.
6. Disclaimer: If, due to force majeure or other reasons beyond the control of Gehua Biology, Gehua Biology's sales system crashes or cannot be used normally, resulting in the inability to complete online transactions or the loss of relevant information, records, etc., Gehua Biology will assist in handling the aftermath as reasonably as possible and strive to protect customers from economic losses.
7. Dispute Resolution: In case of any dispute between the customer and Shanggehua Biotechnology, it can be resolved in accordance with the agreement and relevant laws recognized by both parties at that time.
